404 High-Density Adhesive Filler is an epoxy thickening additive developed for maximum physical properties in hardware bonding where high-cyclic loads are anticipated. It can also be used for filleting and gap filling with epoxy where maximum strength is necessary.
Do not go over 800 psi as this is where a fatigue failure typically starts. Avoid using compressed air.
A hardware bonding failure at the wood/epoxy interface or the loss of a bolt head is usually catastrophic. Proper use of this product helps prevent these things from happening.
